Service Description
There are lots of benefits to practicing yoga during your pregnancy: reducing stress and aiding better sleep, lower levels of pain during labour and having a space to move your body in a way that feels good for you. Join Sarah for this weekly class: our Pregnancy Yoga classes are inclusive, LGBTQ+ friendly and centred around giving you choice in your practice - no experience of yoga is necessary!
